Golden Triangle of Tequila
Our Tequila is grown within the highlands of Arandas (Golden Triangle of Tequila), Jalisco, that is known for producing the best Tequilas.
The Golden Triangle is known for red clay, mineral rich soil, a cooler climate and the perfect amount and intensity of sunlight. These conditions produce Agaves that are sweeter, more well-rounded, and with an herbaceous nose that is coveted by educated Tequila consumers.

Pesticides– live entomopathogenic microorganisms are used at the root level for pest management, which basically means, we use bugs to fight bugs instead of chemicals.
The Agave leaves after harvest are left in the field as organic matter to enrich the soil.
The left over Agave liquids after baking and fermentation are neutralized and sent to irrigation in nearby fields, mainly in compost.
